Strathroy United FC Annual General Meeting Announcement

We are pleased to invite you to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Strathroy United FC
Monday, November 9, 2020, at 7:30pm (EST)
Ricco Foods Soccer Clubhouse
York Street, Strathroy, Ontario.

If you will be attending the Annual General Meeting, you will be required to RSVP to [email protected] stating your full name and your intent to be present at the 2020 AGM, on or before November 2, 2020, so that we may ensure proper social distancing measures are in place to accommodate the amount of attendees.

Only those who advise us by the deadline mentioned above will be permitting entry and masks are required. As a reminder Members of our Club are:
- current registered players
- parents and/or guardians of players
- coaches
- game officials
- conveners
(all who are in good standing)

- Official members appointed by the Board of Directors on an annual basis to carry out specific functions
- Others whom in the opinion of the Board of Directors are currently making major contributions in time or effort

Every member shall have the right to attend and speak at any of the Association's meetings. Only members 16 years of age or older are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting. As in previous years, minutes will be taken for Annual General Meeting, and agenda items must be submitted to Strathroy United FC email address [email protected] by Monday, November 2, 2020, at 11:59pm.
