Dear Member,
We are pleased to invite you to the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Strathroy United FC to be held on Monday, November 12, 2018 at 7:30pm (EST) at the Ricco Foods Soccer Clubhouse on York Street, Strathroy, Ontario, Canada.
If you will be attending the Annual General Meeting, you will need to sign in on that day as Registration commences at 7:00pm (EST), or you can RSVP back to this communication stating your full name and your intent to be present at the 2018 AGM.
As a reminder Members of our Club are:
- Currently registered players, parents and/or guardians of players, coaches, game officials and Convenors, who are in good standing
- Official members appointed by the Board of Directors on an annual basis to carry out specific functions
- Others whom in the opinion of the Board of Directors are currently making major contributions in time or effort
- Every member shall have the right to attend and speak at any of the Associations meetings. Only members 16 years of age or older are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meetings.
As in previous years, minutes will be taken for Annual General Meeting, and agenda items must be submitted to Strathroy United FC email address [email protected] by Sunday, October 28th, 2018 at 11:59pm. The SUFC Board of Directors look forward to seeing you at the Annual General Meeting.
