U12 Girls Micro Program Information

The U12 Micro Girls Program, is designed for Girls aged 12 (2003 & 2004).

Teams of Eight (8) a side play in a house league setting with games scheduled solely at the Van Dyk Soccer Complex located on York Street.

U12 Micro Soccer is played on a ¾ size field, uses a size 4 ball, and introduces the offside rule.

Games are divided into two (2) halves of 30 minutes, and Teams will switch ends at Half Time.  Coaches are encouraged to arrange practice times with their teams throughout the week and notify the SMSA of what the team has decided. Please meet with your parents to discuss a suitable practice schedule for your team.

The U12 Micro Soccer Program emphasizes participation, friendship, effort, co-operation, and enjoyment for all.

Players – Must wear the full uniform provided, with shirts tucked into their shorts, and socks pulled up to the knee over the shin pads.
