The West London Soccer League (U14 - U18 Teams)
Submitted By Jason Kaspersma on Thursday, January 1, 2015
At our September 16th, 2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM) the SMSA Membership brought forth a motion that we find an alternative league for our House League Travel Teams (U14 – U18) to play in.

Although the majority of the teams did play competitively within the WMYSL travel time from pitch to pitch was definitely a factor.  Through the work of our membership and the Strathroy Soccer Board of Directors we are proud to announce that for our 2015 Soccer Season the Strathroy – Caradoc Minor Soccer will be participating in the West London Soccer League.

The West London Soccer League (www.westlondonsoccer.com) is comprised of teams from the following areas:

Belmont Minor Soccer Association

Oakridge Optimist Soccer

Byron Optimist Soccer Club

Southend Recreational Soccer

Del-Ko Brydge Soccer Association

Southwest Optimist Soccer

East London Soccer Club

Thames Centre Minor Soccer Club

Ilderton & District Soccer Club

Strathroy – Caradoc Minor Soccer Club New in 2015

Lambeth Youth Soccer Club

In the months following, the SMSA Intermediate Program (formally House League Travel Program) will be working with our Coaches, Referees and Players to help with rule changes.  More information to follow in early 2015.
