Submitted By Admin on Wednesday, May 11, 2016
Save the Date U10 - U18 Teams, the 2016 Caradoc Community Shield will be Saturday, June 4th, 2016.  Teams from the SUFC House League Program will be facing off against Del-Ko-Brydge all in the name of Charity supporting local food banks in the area.  Players are reminded to bring canned goods with them, to be donated to a charity of the winning clubs choice.

Schedules are currently under review and will be posted shortly on each teams calendar.

Schedules have been released for this year’s Caradoc Community Shield.  All Teams from U10 – U18 will be participating this year and the schedules have been added to your team’s calendar.  This Mini Tournament is about having fun and new experience and giving back to our Local Communities.  Canned goods from each player per team are asked to be dropped off during your games, and then the winning Club will drop them off at a Charity of their choosing.

U10 Boys & Girls – 7 v 7 on ¾ size Pitch, Mt. Brydges Lions Park (Behind Arena)

U12 Boys & Girls – 9 v 9 or 11 v 11 on full size Pitch, Mt. Brydges Lions Park (Behind Arena)

U14 Boys & Girls – 11 v 11 on Full Size Pitch, Mt. Brydges Lions Park (Behind Arena)

U16 Boys & Girls – 11 v 11 on Full Size Pitch, Mt. Brydges Lions Park (Behind Arena)

U18 Girls - 11 v 11 on Full Size Pitch, Mt. Brydges Lions Park (Behind Arena)

Standard FIFA Rules apply, with unlimited substitutions.

For our U12 Boys & Girls Teams this will be a different experience for them, and remember it is about fun as well as preparing them for next year.  There will also be opportunities for some players and Coaches to combine teams together if they wish to do so, to get the full experience.

Again this is our 2nd Year of doing this and both clubs are very happy to see this event almost triple in size from last year.  We hope that you will all have an exciting day and we look forward to seeing you out on June 4th, 2016.

Yours in Soccer,

SUFC Executive
