Indoor Soccer Conditioning Registration

The SUFC Indoor Soccer Conditioning Program Registration is now open.  Those who wish to train with SUFC Coaches and Staff over the winter are invited to register online or in-person on Monday, September 11th, 2017 from 630pm - 800pm at the Ricco Foods Soccer Clubhouse on York Street.

Our Indoor Soccer Conditioning Program runs for 14-18 weeks with Black-out dates from Mid October to April 1st.

This program is based on the Ontario Soccer Long Term Player Development Model and provides an opportunity for children born in 2011 to 2006 the opportunity to improve their skills over the Winter Months.

Sessions for our younger age groups (2011) run for 60min and are Co-Ed, and run on Monday Nights.

Sessions for our older age groups (2010 - 2006) run on Friday Nights for 90min and the age groups are broken into smaller groups and divided into separate Boys and Girls Sessions.
