Bring Back Healthy Sideline Snacks

Healthy Kids Community Challenges’ has partnered with Western University's HealthPromotion in Practice class to conduct an evaluation of the Bring Back Healthy Sideline Snacks program.  
The purpose of the evaluation is to evaluate the overall implementation of the Healthy Snack Guidelines by Strathroy United FC. 

As a parent/guardian of a child who participated in Strathroy United FC, your opinion is extremely valuable and we want to hear from you. Please click on the link below and complete the short 5 to 7-minute anonymous survey. Complete one survey per child if they are on different Strathroy United FC teams.
