COVID-19 UPDATE April 7, 2020
Submitted By Chris Soares on Monday, April 6, 2020
Hello parents and players, we hope you are staying safe and healthy during these unprecedented times and we hope to get back to the pitch soon.

With all soccer activities in the province of Ontario on hold until April 30th, as instructed by the Ontario Soccer Association, the possibility of a further suspension to the season could force a delayed start or potentially a full cancellation to the 2020 season.

With that in mind, Strathroy United FC continues on a daily basis to monitor updates, news briefs and media conferences regarding COVID-19 and your Board of Directors has been active during self-distancing measures to be ready for any future decision or statement that comes from the Province of Ontario, the Municipality of Strathroy-Caradoc or the OSA.

Should Ontario Soccer further suspend all activities, and jeopardize a timely start of the 2020 season, SUFC will be prepared to issue an official statement that will encompass all aspects that a decision such as a season cancellation will bring.
