All registered SUFC players and bench staff must complete the following forms before the start of their season as per new Ontario Government Regulations.
In order to complete the form, please click on the following links, a copy of the form will be added to your registration. If the form is not completed then you will not be able to participate in the 2020 Soccer Season.

As our registration continues to be open for the month of February, we wanted to supply all our members an update on our Recreational (Tier III) programs. After March 1st, 2020 late fees will apply, and we encourage all our members to register now as we work on getting teams, coaches, uniforms, equipment sorted out over the next couple of weeks. Our Recreational program practices once a week and has games once a week.

Registration for the 2020 SUFC Outdoor Soccer season for players born in 2017 or earlier is OPEN!!
Register online at the link below or visit us in-person on February 1, 2020, from 10am - 12pm at the Ricco Foods Soccer Clubhouse on York St.
Please note that due to programming changes in recent years, necessary
adjustments have been made to the registration structure and age
groupings for the 2020 season.
